Nice benchmark design. The warm/project-cold split plus explicit NAR/store-path accounting makes the result much more useful than a single time nix build. The README’s caveat is important, though: plugin and crate2nix rows are historical while Crane has randomized n=5, so the timing table is directional until all lanes get the same randomized protocol and p95 samples.
